Indesign Text on path flipped... I've read the threads, but...

For the life of me, I cannot get this text to follow the green ribbon. I've worked with type on a path options, Object flipping, object>paths>reverse path, with solid arrow tool and white arrow, with text tool itself, etc.  You would think all I'd have to do is flip the text on the top example using the "flipper" in the center of the text path, but then it ends up at the other end of the line.  I created the text path originally from a piece of the ribbon that went up on the left and down on the right; then the "powers that be" decided they wanted the ribbon going down on the left. I have started completely over by creating a new text path from a piece of the now-flipped green ribbon, but the ribbon seems to remember it was flipped...

The ribbon cannot be flipped; it has to swoop down on the left and up on the right. RIBBON.jpg
