I just installed Premier Elements 14.1. Trying to move away from an older version of Final Cut and thought Premier Elements might be a good replacement.
Edited a video, saved and tried to export to YouTube. During export, rendering completes and upload begins.
Almost immediately the entire computer hangs. The network adaptor stops completely and I can no longer ping the IP address from a remote computer. There is no way to get out of Premier or any other application and a forced reboot is required. I have tried this 3 different times with the same results.
Using an iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014 running OSX 10.11.1
Any ideas or help is appreciated.
Pleas elaborate a little bit so that we might be able to help you better :
1.) What project settings you are using.
- You can check this in Edit-->Project Settings-->General
2.) What is the file size and duration of clip you are using ?
3.) What specific resolution you selected while uploading to Youtube and what quality you opted between Standard and High ?
