Please tell the Reader version and OS you work on.
Are you trying to open the bill from inside a browser? If yes, please indicate which, and version. If not, are you downloading the file to your HD before trying to open it with Reader?
Adobe Acrobat Reader is the app that the link took me to, when I touched the necessary link on the bill page that demanded Adobe Reader. I am using an iPad with the latest update being 9.1, I believe...I know the device would like me to update to 9.2 at any rate.
On your iPad, do you have Acrobat Reader for iOS already installed?
If not, you can download and install Acrobat Reader for iOS from the Apple App Store.
In addition, please turn off the "Block Pop-ups" option for Safari (the default web browser on iOS) to see if it helps.
- Go to iOS Settings > Safari.
- Turn off the Block Pop-ups option (meaning "Allow Pop-ups").
Alternatively, you can go to the web site on a Windows or Mac desktop computer to download your electric bill and view it in the desktop version of Acrobat Reader.
