If you do not have time to cancel your account it is not likely going to happen. No one here has the ability to do it for you.

I have already done that. How many chats am i supposed to create just to cancel the account? Frustrating. I this chat helping me at all or not? If not then i guess i have no choice but just to abandon this whole thing and Adobe loses customer for ever.

I did not know i will be PAYING for cancelling this contract, i feel very uncomfortable with it. It should have been stated more clearly in terms and conditions!!!
I am unable to pay since my financial situation does not allow me to pay anything. In the country i reside right now, nobody pays any fees when they are unable.
We are not contract slaves here.
I used one product only for one day, i had problems running it on my
computer and deleted it. No i have to PAY? I hope this is a joke.
Yes, i wish very much that this would be cancelled but i can't pay, thank you for your "generous" discount for two months but i am still very unable to pay for the rest (again, if i'm not gonna be using it, why am i supposed to pay anything?!)
Fees 50 % is absolutely not reasonable and Adobe should underline it very clearly in terms and conditions, it's too easy to miss out on that point! Easy to subscribe, hard to get out of it - is that how you deal with your customers?!!!!
Do not bother me anymore or i will make it a case in my own country and the country i reside now - Adobe is cheating company who is greedy enough to charge a poor student for NOT using services but just for
cancellation. How dare you?! Not enough profits for Adobe?! I am NEVER goign to use your services EVER.
