Adobe XI Pro crashes on PDF that is 22.1 MB and 3,000 plus pages if the user does not scroll down at a snails pace. Normal scrolling crashes the application. Is there a setting to fix this issue? I provide technical support for the State of Oklahoma and this issue is for an agency downloading this PDF from JP Morgan for financial purposes. All other smaller PDFs to not have this issue. Please assist.
Please tell the OS you work on.
Also check if Acrobat is updated to the latest patch.
If on Windows,try to repair Acrobat once and see if that helps.
Do you experience this with all the PDF' that are of 3000 plus pages?
The OS is Windows 7 Enterprise and Acrobat has the latest patches. The user only has two PDF docs that are this size and doesn’t have to view any larger than this. The repair option did not correct this issue.
