I received a large update to Windows 10 (64bit) a few days ago and since the update LR6 has not functioned. When I start the program you can see it begin to load in task manager but then it disappears from task manager and does not load.
I've tried the following possible solutions without success:
Change names of SLStore method
Reinstalled Photoshop and the Creative Cloud applications
Logged out of CC and logged back in
Tested compatibility mode
Started as administrator
None of these methods have worked and I've been without LR6 for 3 days now.
Any other suggestions before I call Adobe?
Would suggest you to drag and drop your catalog from the default location to desktop and then, launch Lightroom and choose to create a new catalog and check if that helps.
