Premiere Elements 13 question. I have been trying to burn a DVD for 2 days. I keep getting an error message Something is preventing a successful DVD Burn. Use the ISO images saved at the following location to burn your disk later. To no avail. Today after deleting all files on the computer I tried again & 5 hours later get the same message. Help. I need to burn this DVD urgently. I have previously burnt 4 different DVD's & haven't had a problem.

If you have, or can create, an ISO I would use Imgburn to burn the disc.
Premiere Elements 13 on what computer operating system? Have you updated 13 to13.1 yet using an opened project's Help Menu/Updates?
For your immediate question...
1. Please try the burn to disc, with and without the following preference disabled in Edit Menu/Preferences/General
"Use Hardware Acceleration (works on Intel HD Graphics 2000 and higher)"
2. Delete the Encoded Files Folder which is by default (Windows) found Documents/Adobe/Premiere Elements/13.0 (in your case).
Let us start here, and then we can decide what next.
1. Does the burn to .iso file work? If you are in a time crunch, you can take that .iso image to disc with the ImgBurn program (but ImgBurn is Windows only).
2. In the burn dialog (just before you hit the Burn button), what are the readings for Space Required and Bitrate (with check mark next to Fit Content to Available Space)?
