    Opening Existing Project

I am having trouble opening an existing project. I get the below error when I try and open my project (Wedding Video.PreI) which I saved in my dropbox -

      - Error Message

This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed.

It then goes to my project but it only has 1 video I have added rather than all the other video and photos I have added.

      any suggestions would be appreciated?

Computer - HP Probok CORE I7.

What version of Premiere Elements, and what computer operating system?

How are you importing your project file (project.prel) into Premiere Elements - what is your Add Media choice?

Do you have this problem when you save the project file to Local Disk C/Documents default and try to open your project.prel

          from there?

If you go to the save location for your project.prel, right click it, select Open With, and then the name of your version, do you get the same error message?

Please consider, and give details. Any questions or need clarification on the above, please do not hesitate to ask.

          Thank you.
