Seriously, start to learn how the program actually works. This isn't Photoshop.
If you want to move something in a still image you need to separate the items in the image into layers then you need to fill the hole that is left so when you move the hammer it does not leave a hole behind. The concept is very simple, move layers, the execution requires skill. Just pulling a screen grab from a game and trying to separate the elements in the image into layers you can animate requires some Photoshop skills to separate the layers and fill the holes, and some AE skills to do the animation. You cannot just click and drag.
