What I have to do to protect against: copying and / or the ability to decide how many copies; printing or the ability to set the number of copies, modification, screenshots of copies; screen-printing. And also looking for limiting the capability of an expiry date or the duration of use from a start date.
I have evaluated Acrobat DC PRO for a month, where I couldn’t find this. I'm interested in the course protection documents only. My main goal is to control the disclosure of these courses in terms of duration, dates and also be able to limit their number in circulation.
Almost none of these things can be done. (and if you could, people would just photograph the screen, or retype). You can set document security to block printing and copying text (NOT COPYING FILES) but some apps ignore security. You might look into DRM, which takes the realistic view of controlling who is allowed to open a document, so if they share copies the copies are useless.
