I've noticed that my system, Windows 10 was acting real slow. Looking in Task Manager I see a process called ElementsAutoAnalyzer13 using 98% CPU. I didn't have any Adobe products running. I was using Quicken and the internet for banking. Noticed this every time there was a download or some interaction between the internet and Quicken. Looked at Task Manager and was shocked that ElementsAutoAnalyzer13 was using so much CPU, doesn't make sense. After I killed the process order was restored in the universe. So what option in Adobe can I select so the auto analyzer doesn't run unless it is needed.
What computer operating system?
I have you gone to Elements Organizer 13/13.1, Edit Menu/Preferences/Media-Analysis and unchecked all the AutoAnalzyer options and others found under Media-Analysis?
That did the trick. The CPU percentage has dropped to zero. The operating system is Windows 10
Thanks for the follow up that all is under control with the AutoAnalzyer. Great job of follow through.
I leave the AutoAnalzyer disabled to prevent it from automatically splitting my videos and stacking the split clips.
