I am unable to access my documents via the Adobe Document Cloud on my cell phone. When I touch "Sign IN" towards the bottom of the screen, nothing happens. I have already restarted the phone, and I have also deleted and then re-installed the app. But no success. Even when I touch the big blue "Create Free Account" button in the middle of the screen, nothing happens. I am able to access and load my local docs under the "Recent" and the "Local" tabs. I am able to manipulate those docs once they're open (scroll through, enlarge/shrink, jump to page #, etc), so I know the app works at least partially. Please advise. Thank you.
Try to Clear Cache of the Application by going to Settings > Apps
If this does not work uninstall the app and download the APK file from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and install it.
