Cannot authorise my new laptop as I get an error message saying I have used my Adobe ID to authorise another device and it can only be used once? I can not use my e-reader as a result. How do I resolve?

  1. Open Adobe Digital Wditions.
  2. Press Command+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
  3. Select Erase Authorization.
  4. Click OK and authorize again.

Windows

  1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
  2. Press Control+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
  3. Select Erase Authorization.
  4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.
