I have a aepx file, in network drive.
I use aerender to render a comp in that project.
But it failed and writes:
"aerender Error: After Effects error: Unable to Render: File Not Found path/to/file"
If I open the aepx in AE it works and there's no missing footage at all.
I use After Effects CS6 && Windows 10.
Does anybody know why it happens?
Thanks a lot!
You cannot use the XML files for network rendering. Save a conventional AEP file.
Thanks for the really fast reply!
I tried to save it locally and it works.
But I also tried to remove '-mp' flag that I had, and now it works on network drive.
Is there any reason why it happens? It has been fixed in the newer AE versions? If not-it's gonna be fixed?
