If you're using an iPad Pro, the only stylus supported in the iPad Pro versions of Adobe Sketch and Adobe Draw is Apple Pencil. Third-party styluses will still work on older/other iPads. On an iPad, tap the Pen icon in the top navigation of any artboard and a menu will open to connect your stylus.
Hope that helps.
and if you're not using iPad Pro?
I have a brand new Pencil 53, fully charged, connects perfectly to Adobe Draw, MS OneNote & 53 Paper.
On the pen connection dialog on Adobe Sketch v3.2.1, press tip to circle, detection process starts, never finishes ... i.e. won't connect.

Hmmm... No. That's odd. Have you tried force-quitting the app and rebooting your iPad?
Yes, tried that and it worked! Many thanks for the suggestion.
