This seems you have a permission issue with your SLStore directory.

Finder finds no Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore .
Finder finds no Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD either.
This did not help. Finder did not find files that solution 2 suggested.
Please follow the below steps.
> Open Finder
> Click on Go > Go to folder
> Type in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD
You should be able to access the locations.
I have made the adjustments and I am still getting the same message when attempting to launch:
A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
Please uninstall Photoshop completely.
Once done, please follow the below steps to remove Adobe completely from your computer.
Please navigate to the below location and delete the Adobe files and folders.
/Applications/.AdobePatchFiles (hidden, use Go > Go to Folder command)
/Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher/
Please restart the machine and reinstall Photoshop and check for the issue.
To be clear do you mean to remove all Adobe products from my computer?
I use time machine so when I re install should I just re import my Lightroom 5.7 files to the Lightroom 6.0?

You can directly install Lightroom 6 on your computer. It will upgrade your catalog which you have used in Lightroom 5.
