Can I create two separate photos from the same photo in Lr ???

    SoExperienced

Can I create two separate photos from the same photo in Lr,

by somehow cutting it in half & renaming each "new" photo???

The situation is a photo that is a composite of two other photos.

Each part of the composite photo is a pic of the same person,

but one photo is obviously of a much more aged person, taken

many years after the first one in the composite.

This "composite" was probably created by Photoshop, or some

such software, by fusing two different photos of the same person

      taken perhaps twenty years apart.

For my own aesthetic reasons, I want to "undo" the original composite

and have two SEPARATE photos of that same person.

Is it possible to do that in Lr, or do I nee Ps for that kind of operation???

I tried cropping out one of the composite photos, and renaming it, but I

ended up "losing" the cropped out portion, the other photo of the

      original composite.

Can Someone PLEASE Shed Some Light On This Issue For Me???

      Thank You !!!
