Question is quite unclear.
What exactly you want to achieve ?
Do you directly want to import images to Lightroom ?
Sure you can. During the import process you would copy the images from the CF card to a location of your choosing on your PCs hard drive. Then you could copy those images over to an external drive or memory card or take that same CF card to your Mac and copy them to the Mac.
LR is a Database program and Non-Destructive image editing program.
I want to import images onto a PC supported light room, then store them onto a hard drive and later import those images from the hard drive onto a mac supported lightroom to edit. Can I move my images from a PC supported light room to a mac supported light room
Import once only.
Don't import photos on the PC and then import the photos again on the Mac.
What you should do is import into Lightroom on the PC, and then make the entire catalog and images available to Lightroom on the MAC. Or vice versa.
Use the Lightroom command File->Export as Catalog to create the files you need, move all of these files to the Mac, and then in Lightroom on the MAC use the command File->Import from Another Catalog.
