But to not let you empty-handed: did you already try the so-called "secure page of Adobe" at https://helpx.adobe.com/utilities/credit-card.html to change your datas? Please try it.
I spent hours with them... hopeless! they told me to cancel subscription and create new on. But cancelling will cost 50%

Do you have any case number/reference number for your interactions with Adobe support as I don't think that to change the card details you will need to cancel the subscription unless its not an entire payment method to be changed.
