    I canot see my books in the bookshelf and cant resolve the error check authorisation messages

      I started with problems with the error check authorisation message and using the forum tried all the fixes suggested on that.  They all worked while I was using ADE in that session, but once I shut it down and restarted the program it defaulted back and I would get the error check authorisation message again.

       

      I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE a couple of times and as a consequence I can not now see the bookshelf options that normally come up (all, recent, borrowed etc) as well as not being able to see the books.  When I tried to open a book via the file menu I get a message to say that it is already in my bookshelf and cannot be opened.

       

      How do I get my bookshelf back and how do I permanently resolve the error check authorisation message.

       

      It is ADE 4.5 on a Windows 7.0 PC
