    Need Assistance with Lightroom CC


      I have installed Lightroom CC.  Originally it would begin to launch and then disappear.  I followed the troubleshooting.  Still nothing, then it said to uninstall and reinstall.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted multiple times and nothing I do seems to remedy the problem.  Now I am getting a repetitive catalog upgrade issue.  I have lost hours and now even my LR6 isn't working, so I am dead in the water.  I am just trying to reach someone who can help me.


      I am on a Windows 10 machine. 

      I also received an Error 16, so SLStore has been renamed, and permissions changed.  Adobe PCD permissions changed.

      I am still stuck at the repetitive catalog upgrade, with the launch page sometimes appearing, but disappearing when I select the "continue trial" button.
