Please follow the steps below:-
- Rename opm.db file
- Close all Adobe Products running.
- Ensure there is no background Adobe Process running in task manager.
- Now navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
- Rename Opm.db to Opm.db.old
2. Reset Lightroom Preferences after backing up your catalog manually.
3. Run Adobe CCleaner Following installation and usage instructions from Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
