Since you posted your thread in the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum, I am assuming that you have some version of Premiere Elements. So, I ask "What version of Premiere Elements on what computer operating system?"
Adobe is the only one who can resolve those too many computers with the same activated purchased serial number problems.
And, you should contact online Adobe Chat about the matter. But, I would suggest that it is to your advantage to use a Premiere Elements link for the purpose rather than one with Creative Cloud overtures.
