I used Adobe Capture for about 2 weeks now. I changed my Adobe ID password over web CC interface. Unfortunately I cannot login to the App any more.
When I open it, I get Sign Up/Sign In screen. I click Sign In and login page is opened. I enter valid email/password, but then Chrome is opened and Capture stay in this strange stage with rotating wait screen forever.
Any idea how to get access to Capture again?
Can you see your assets when you log into Adobe Creative Cloud (My Assets - Libraries)? If you're assets are there, can you try force-quitting the app and restarting your device and see if that helps.
Hi Sue, I am able to see the files in Library over web interface. Not sure what has changed, but I tried to install Adobe Illustrator on same device and login worked correctly there.
Then I opened Adobe Capture and login worked there as well. Problem has been solved. Thanks!
