After to have authorized the e-reader and computer I have downloaded a ebook. Problem is that after opening the ebook on the e-reader I get the folowing message "ebook protected"

I have deleted everything and started all over again. Same result.

Does someone has the answer?

Can you open the eBook on Digital Edition?

yes my computer as wel my e-reader have the same Adobe ID.

yes I can open the ebook in the adobe ADE.

Has you check the permissions right click > Mediainfo.
