I did an initial sync of my entire camera roll several months ago and then cleared the camera roll on my iPhone. After a vacation, I synced again but the desktop continues to show 558 images still syncing. However, it appears that all images have sync completely, but still showing that 558 pictures need to sync. There is no collection on the iPhone showing an active sync. I've seen other discussions with this same problem and tried to follow the instructions to remove the sync.lrdata. However, I cannot get to this file to delete. I'm running iOSX El Capitan on an iMac with Lightroom/Photoshop CC. I'm ready to set up the automatic sync and do a new sync with Thanksgiving and Christmas pictures, but don't want to start that or set up the auto sync until the cache is cleared. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks
Thanks. I had already tried and tried to go to "/Users/intel/Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data/ and remove (or rename) the Sync.lrdata folder" but in the Caches folder there was no Adobe folder. SO.....I follow the instructions lower down in the link you sent to delete the data from the LR Mobile tab in LR Preferences. That worked! I'm now uploading a collection of pictures from the Holidays to the Cloud and then will sync to the desktop. Thanks. If I have more problems I WILL be back!!!
