I have placed text box (no fill) over an image in InDesign and it looks great on the screen. However, when I print the document, the text has a solid white fill behind it. Any suggestions as to what's going on?
It seems I had an outer glow effect turned on for the "text" (not the object) and that was causing that text to print with a white background. Still don't understand why that would happen, but at least we figured it out.
It's possible you accidentally set the glow as the default by setting it on with nothing selected.
