but it appears you're discussing swf version 10. if that's true, that's a very old swf version. i think swf version 20 is current.

I've used Google Translate to translate this into Japanese.
The OP is using the KB3132372 security fix for Flash Player on Windows 10, and reports a severe crash (of Windows?) when loading a SWF that's been compiled with AS 3.0.
I am using the version that is cs6(korea).
The gist of the problem is that there is a conflict , even though the file is empty, without content.
The conflict does not occur when compiling as2.0.
This occurs when load the swf(as3.0) from within a Windows program . There are reports that are generated in Skype and nexon tera game.
I already use the latest version .
you're using flash pro cs6, correct?
you're publishing something using as3 that's causing a conflict with something else, correct?
if yes to all 3, what are you publishing and what's it conflicting with and what problem do you see?
This is a known issue and we are working with Microsoft to release an update. Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 8 and above, the update will be released by Microsoft, not Adobe.
In the meantime, you can uninstall the Microsoft Update (KB3132372) to revert to the previous version of Flash Player.
