I downloaded a vector file to use some elements from as a basis for a logo design in an effort to save time since I'm still providing drafts for the client; however upon opening the actual .ai file I found it was built incredibly awkwardly and is basically impossible to use except exactly as it was designed. There are several odd white spaces and "patched together" pieces so when I try to modify colors or scale, I end up with overlapping pieces or gaps in the design. The download is useless to me now and I that I wasted a credit on it! Is there a way to swap my download for one that I can actually use?
Could you please help us with the Image number so that I can check its quality at my end.
We have already provided you one additional licence.
The image number is 57844703. It is built vector, that is not the quality issue - the problem is there are odd lines through and cuts into the circles, as well as places the lines/circles don't match up that don't appear in the preview, and as such render the design essentially useless for what I needed. But there was no way to know that until I opened the vector file up. Thanks.
