    Creative Cloud - not able to login; indicates signed out

      I am not able to log into my Creative Cloud application on my laptop. I enter in my user ID and password then select login. After a few seconds I get the response that I have signed out.  I then go on to the Adobe site through the browser and enter in my ID and password. All is accepted without issue.  I go back to Creative Cloud for another attempt and get the same response - that I have "Signed Out".  Anyone else getting this issue?
