I am not able to log into my Creative Cloud application on my laptop. I enter in my user ID and password then select login. After a few seconds I get the response that I have signed out. I then go on to the Adobe site through the browser and enter in my ID and password. All is accepted without issue. I go back to Creative Cloud for another attempt and get the same response - that I have "Signed Out". Anyone else getting this issue?
rename your oobe folder.
Mac OS: \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, Access hidden user library files
Windows: \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder. To view the hidden AppData folder, Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions.
You can also try this:
If you launch the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app or a Creative Cloud app and you receive the message, “You’ve been signed out,” when you didn’t sign out or you receive the message “Sign In Required,” when you had previously signed in, you will need to either
-Update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app, or
-Set up automatic detection of LAN settings (Windows only)
-Delete the opm.db file and sign in again
