The frequency of the Premiere Elements 14 MSVCP110.dll missing seems to be increasing in these forum threads.
Please review the following for possible solutions
Note: Many of the solutions are written for Creative Cloud applications. Premiere Elements is not a Creative Cloud application. So, keep that in mind with documents such as https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/missing-msvcp110dll.html
and use as applicable.
Please consider, and then let us know the outcome.
j'ai effectue la mise a jour créative cloud toujours le méme probléme et l'information erreur impossible de la supprimer
Thank you for the reply.
Did you get a chance to look at all the possibilities for solutions as mentioned in the links already posted in your thread?
Did you do the uninstall/reinstall along with the computer cleaner or did you just do the computer cleaner?
If you did not do all 3, then please do that
1. Uninstall the usual Control Panel way
2. Do the free ccleaner run through (regular and registry parts) CCleaner - Free Download - Piriform
3. Reinstall with antivirus and firewalls disabled
If none of the above has resolved the issue, it is probably a good idea to get online Adobe Chat involved in the troubleshooting. That does not prohibit us from discussing the matter in this thread. It is best to do this as soon as possible while Premiere Elements 14 is new and Adobe support is most likely to exist.
Online Adobe Chat - Downloading, Installing, and Setting Up.
I would encourage Adobe Staff and Premiere Elements Help Team to get involved in this Premiere Elements 14 missing MSVCP110.dll issue since the frequency of reports of this specific problem is increasing and remedies do not seem to be working.
We will be watching for further developments.
merci j'ai effectue tous les operations + mise a jour cloud et toujours en panne impossible de demarrer le programme : car il manque MSVCP110.dll sur votre ordinateur.
Thanks for the update. I am sorry that the solution for missing MSVCP110 has not been found yet.
Did you ever update 14 to 14.1 using an opened project's Help Menu/Updates?
Since you have Premiere Elements 14 (current version), if you have not already, consider contacting online Adobe Chat (Downloading, Installing, and Setting Up) to determine if it has any undocumented solution for this issue. So far Premiere Elements Help Team has not visited your thread as I was hoping that it would. Please use the following link for the online Adobe Chat...
We will watch for further developments.
Thank you for the follow ups. Appreciated.
