    Stock credits not appearing every month unless I personally go and contact support to add them manually


      Hey all!


      For the last month and now this month every time my bill is paid I wait 24-48 hours for my credits to appear but each month they do not. I've reached out to support via Live Chat and generally I get told to wait 24 hours, then another 24 hours (even if it's been 48 hours by then) resulting in needing those credits to be manually added each month. I do realize this isn't read by Adobe staff too much as it's a community driven forum, I'm just wondering if it's only me or others are experiencing this issue?
