    How can I reset my activation count?


      I just received a notice saying that I cannot activate my device because I have reached the limit for the number of machines allowed per ID.  I have been having issues with my KOBO Touch and I have had to factory reset it several times.  I have not been diligent about deauthorizing it before I reset it and I suspect that's the problem.  I have only one computer with Adobe DE and one device activated with the ID.


      Any suggestions?
