Please go to Lightroom preferences > Performance and Uncheck Use Display Processor. Then check for the issue.

Please follow the below steps.
> Launch Lightroom

I really don't think that is a solution. I have the same problem on my computer. I do not have a supported graphics card. I am just running Intel integrated graphics that is part of the motherboard. I'm using Windows 10, Lightroom CC 2015. I still have Lightroom 4.4 installed. I can run a slideshow using Lightroom 4.4. So apparently you must have a supported graphics card in order to use the slideshow with the latest version of Lightroom.
