I just bought a B&N nookbook. When I transfer to ADE, I get an Unlock Code Needed message.....Enter account username and unlock code associated with the item. I've used both my ADE and B&N usernames and tried passwords for both programs as well as the B&N order number for Unlock Code and I still can't get it to open. Any suggestions or information that might help? Thanks
