Since setting up our corporate team Adobe Stock account in Aug 2015, we have never had our monthly allotment added automatically. Each month a call has to be placed to the help desk to correct the issue - each time the person says the problem is being escalated, but it is never corrected. The only thing anyone is able to do is manually add the 20 images we are owed for the 2 licenses and this usually takes several calls on our behalf before it happens. I'll be starting the call process again today since our December images have yet to show up. Feel free to check our never-ending case #216948687.
We are aware that the image allocation is not renewing automatically for some customers. This is being investigated and we hope to have it fixed within the next couple of weeks.
