TBH, I'm not very computer literate, so tried the first half of the instructions and that didn't fix the problem. The rest all seems a bit daunting to me and not sure I would do it correctly.
Can I delete the program and reinstal?
Frankly, I find this pretty poor that a company as large as Adobe cannot run a paid program without putting the onus on us to try to correct it.
If I continue to have problems, as I'm on the monthly deal, I'll just terminate the contract, I'm paying enough for a program, it's not a lot to ask that if functions correctly and is fit for purpose.
