Let me know if this helps.
Thanks for collaboration,
I had done what I've described, but nothing changes.
Black remains the central screen, you hear the music and you see on the specimen slide under the photos.
I saw that you never answered me, perhaps I was not clear?
Thanks in advance
I am sorry for the delayed response.
Please download and update display adaptor drivers from manufacturer's website.
I'm sorry if I ask again, unfortunately I don't speak good English. Do I need to install updated monitor drivers or graphics card drivers?
Also, the pictures don't move on the preview in the upper left.
I run updates drivers of both the video card and monitor, but unfortunately remains the default.
It seems that the photos are not loaded into the module presentation.
I did the same things about lightroom 5 and everything works.
I have already re-installed version of lightroom 6 but nothing changes.
What can I do??
