This is pure BS that Adobe charges nearly $500 for this software, and yet decided to go cheap and only offer actual technical support for those who have not already paid them for the software in full.
The people paying monthly get support. People will switch to PDF Converter of Foxit if this is how you treat your full paying customers.
Your product update has problems. I am one of many people that cannot save over the same document as it sees the document as open or read only when I\t is not.
What is the fix Adobe? Why do these type of problems persist with such expensive software?
