Last week, I have bought a new Canon 760D and I shot the first shots with it yesterday. I shoot in RAW and JPEG.
I edited the RAW photos from my previous camera always in Lightroom 5. I also wanted to do this with the new camera, but always the same error message pops up here on: "the files are not recognized by the RAW-format support in Lightroom".
I have already tried to update and this is also successful, but I keep getting this error message.
Is there a (free) solution for this or am I now required to update to Lightroom 6?
I have read that I can use a DNG converter, but I would prefer to edit the RAW files directly.
My apologies for my poor English, I'm Dutch.
The only way to edit RAW images directly is to upgrade to Lightroom 6 as Canon 760D files are supported in Lightroom 6 and above version.
