Launched this a few times, getting black screen in the workspace. I cannot click anything on the menu or on the screen. I have to go to my Task Manager to end the process. It is basically frozen on my Desktop. When I click Show Desktop it's there and cannot be moved.
Windows 7 64bit professional.
Are you actually asking for help? Because there doesn't seem to be a question in your post.
My suspicion: conflict with graphics card/chip driver.
Does your PC/laptop meet the minimum required specs?
What version of Indesign?
I've been using the CC 2015 ID for quite some time. Yesterday what I described happened, no updates or changes to my system. Anyway, I rebooted and it cleared up the issue. It's frustrating when something works and then all of a sudden it doesn't and nothing had changed.
