Indesign CC 2015.2 Presentation Screen Mode

I have notice that the Presentation Screen mode in Indesign CC 2015.2 reflects the Display Performance (eg Typical Display or individual elements settings) set in the preview or normal screen mode. Previous versions of Indesign had the Presentation mode Display Performance set by default to "Hi Quality Display". This was really handy for quick Hi Res previews. Is there any way to change the settings to adjust so that Presentation Screen mode displays as Hi Quality Display not as it is locally set in normal or preview display modes.

I've tested this in CS6, CC, CC (2014), and CC (2015), and there is no change in behaviour in the Presentation Screen Mode as far as I can tell. This is the behaviour I see in all these versions of InDesign:

          • Object level display performance settings are maintained in Presentation Screen Mode
          • Document level are not maintained in Presentation Screen Mode
