If you do, you can export your sites to a file and then import them in CS4 preserving all the settings. -

While it has never happened to me, we see relatively frequent posts here
from people whose copy of Dreamweaver has lost all of its site
definitions. For that reason, any time I create a new site, I always
export the definition and keep it in a safe place. Then, if I ever have
that problem, restoring will be easy because I always have a backup.
