Does anyone have extensive experience with creating interactive pdfs and its capabilities?
I am currently working on a project that needs pages hidden until the user clicks a button. And it needs to work within one interactive PDF document.
I have a working version that uses multiple pdf files and linking, but in the end is not the solution required. I am working with the Adobe Indesign and Acrobat Pro.
Thanks for any help.
One master PDF could have links to open multiple attached PDFs.
You could hide the content on those pages until user click. This could get tricky if the other pages also have interactivity on them.
Instead maybe you can manage the file(s) so that only the navigation page shows until they click to another page - hide menu bars, no Page Thumbnails panel open, opening in full screen, etc.? That way the user can only access "interior" pages by clicking on buttons you create.
