I have created a Presenter presentation with audio narration. How can I add additional sound effects or music to individual slides or to the overall presentation? Is this possible?

This isn't really possible with Presenter. Presenter doesn't have a background audio function and audio added to objects in PPT will be dropped when Presenter converts the presentation to Flash or HTML.

So, you can either use an audio editing application that allows you to combine audio tracks to a single audio file and then import the audio into Presenter or use something like Captivate (Presenter's big brother) which does have background audio and allows you to add audio to objects on the slides.
