You should be able to import Nikon 7200 Raw images in Lightroom 6.3 as they are supported.
Did you use Nikon Transfer to download Raw images on your machine?
If yes, that could be the cause of issue. Try to import the images directly from your camera/sd card to Lightroom and then, check.
Thank you, Chetna. I do not use Nikon Transfer. Lightroom stopped importing my Nikon RAW images the last week of December before I upgraded to LR 6.3.
Very strange. I do not understand.
Thank you for the update.
What is the source of import?
Do you import directly from sd card ?
What is the error that you receive while importing?
You might want to make sure your destination location is set correctly and it has full access.
My source of import is Nikon NEF and JPG images directly imported from an SanDisk Extreme Pro 32 GB SD card.
The Import Results screen reports: Some import operations were not performed. The following files were not imported because they could not be read. (1).
I have attempted to import using “Copy” and “Copy As DNG.” Neither work.
Seems to be an issue with destination location.
Try to change the destination location on top right under "TO" to Pictures folder or any other location on your local hard drive.
Amazing! I do not know how I changed that setting, however your suggestion is right on target. The “TO” function had no checks for a destination. After checking “Pictures,” I can now import Nikon 7200 RAW Images. I greatly appreciate your assistance, today.
