I have seen many tutorials on making the particle emitter follow a path. That's not what I want. I want my emitted particles to flow along a path. The particles would have the life of the animation and would run along the length of a path (with some dispersal so that they aren't all single file). Is there a way to do this?
You make the particles stick to a path using the physics settings. It would help to know what particle system you intend on using.
Im open to using whichever system has this capability. Does Trapcode? What about the built in particle effect?
