Could you please let me know the workflow that you are following ?
Also once you sign in Lightroom Mobile App, and once you close, do you again get the prompt to Sign in Lightroom Mobile, if you reopen it.

I create collections on LR desktop (2015.3) and then sync them to LR Mobile.
When I open LR Mobile (v1.4 Android), having previously signed in, the screen says " 0 Collections" and shows the syncing animation in the cloud icon. It never progresses from this state. I don't get a prompt to sign in - it shows that I am signed in.
If I sign out and sign in, it instantly shows all my synced collections and my photos.
If I close the app and instantly reopen the collections are there, but if I leave it for some time then the problem recurs.
This is new behaviour with v1.4. I didn't have this problem with previous versions.
I can access my synced collections in LR Web without any problems.

Has there been any progress on this? As I'm using LR mobile on a tablet that only has WiFi it is unusable if I'm not in range of a network.
Otherwise is it possible to revert to the previous version of LR mobile?
This has now been resolved by upgrading my tablet to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It was previously running 4.1.2.
