is it possible to import adobe capture vectors into adobe illustrator, if you have an older version of illustrator?

Hi, I have created files (vectors?) in capture and would like to bring them into illustrator, but don't have the option described in the adobe tutorials.  I can get to them online, as an "asset" but can't download a vector. Is there a workaround?

When you send a link, it's a jpeg.

Also, when it saves to creative cloud, it saves as a library asset, not a file, so it cannot be brought into Adobe Draw.  How can it be moved/exported from "assets" to "files"?

      Thank you!
