Hopefully you were able to resolve the issue with your Presenter 11 trial download. If, however, you are still experiencing issues, it will help us troubleshoot if you can provide a little more information. Are you receiving any error messages or does the download just freeze? Are you downloading directly from Adobe Presenter 11-Create eLearning courses from PPT slides or are you utilizing the Creative Cloud Desktop App? What is your computer operating system?
