    How is it possible to have such lousy, inefficient customer sercvice?


      I just needed to upgrade my Stock subscription from single images to the 10 per month subscription. Online I get an error message so I call, get transferred 4 times and the final time it's apparently not a transfer but a death hold! As a company how can you possibly not be aware of how poor your service is?
